EzBroker's software reads lender rate cards and policy documents, and supports indicative comparisons, quotes and paperwork lists for brokerages. This website provides information about the software. EzBroker does not lend money or approve finance.

Comparisons, repayments, fees, commissions and other results depend on the information entered, the lender documents available and the rules the brokerage has set. They may be incomplete or contain errors. Brokers should check the underlying information and the lender's current requirements before relying on a result or providing credit assistance.

An indicative quote is not a lender's offer or approval. The lender makes its own decision, and its terms and formal offer govern any finance it provides. Ranking a loan by rate does not make it suitable for a particular person.

A comparison does not necessarily cover every lender or product in the market. Coverage depends on the lender documents and commercial terms loaded for the brokerage. A lender's terms may change after its documents were loaded.

A brokerage's web broker appears under that brokerage's name and credit licensing details. It can collect enquiries, show specific lenders, compare repayments and recommend loans before a broker from the brokerage reviews the enquiry.

The brokerage's own credit disclosures set out who provides the service, its licensing details and its complaints process. Using EzBroker software does not by itself give a brokerage authority to engage in credit activities.

Referral fees or commissions may be paid in connection with introducing or arranging finance. Ask the service provider what remuneration applies to your enquiry and whether it affects which lenders are shown. The relevant service and transaction disclosures should explain these arrangements.

Read each product figure on this website with the date, scope and source shown with it. Extraction success counts completed extraction runs, including re-extractions. It does not measure the accuracy of each extracted figure.

Pilot time savings and other internally measured results are not independent benchmarks or guarantees. Lender coverage and the number of lenders with complete commercial terms are different measures.
