Where figures come from

Every rate comes from a named lender document, with the working shown.

Ezi records which lender document each rate, fee and lender policy came from and sets out the working line by line, so you can check a quote and walk your client through it.

Checking lender data

Uncertain figures are flagged for review.

Automated confidence checks flag uncertain figures as each document is read, with operator review and correction.

  1. Lender documents

Each lender's rate cards, product guides and credit policies, in one place instead of scattered PDFs.

  2. Read from the document

Ezi reads rates, fees, eligibility and paperwork, and records which document each came from.

  3. Checked and flagged

Automated confidence checks flag anything uncertain, so operators can review and correct it.

  4. Lenders that fit the deal

Each lender's published policy rules it in or out, and Ezi works out the repayment for those that fit.

  5. Ranked, with reasons

Ezi ranks the lenders, names the rule behind each exclusion, and shows the working.

Disclosure

Where credit assistance comes from.

EzBroker.ai provides software for finance brokerages. EzBroker does not lend money or approve finance, and an indicative quote is not a lender's offer or approval. A brokerage's web broker appears under that brokerage's name and credit licensing details, and the brokerage's own credit disclosures set out who provides the service.
