These terms apply when you use the EzBroker website. Contact us at contact@ezbroker.ai.

The website describes EzBroker's software for brokerages. Demonstrations, screenshots and examples explain the product. They are not loan offers, approvals or promises of a particular outcome. Read our Disclosures alongside product information.

Published figures apply to the scope, date and measurement stated with them. A pilot result or internal measurement does not guarantee the same result for another brokerage.

Booking a demonstration or requesting company access starts a conversation. It does not create a software subscription, set up an environment or commit either party to a purchase. Supply of the software is subject to a separate agreement.

Bookings are made on Calendly's website. Check your booking confirmation for appointment, cancellation and rescheduling details.

Use the website lawfully. Do not try to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupt it, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or submit information you are not entitled to share.

You may view the website and share links to its public pages. Rights in the website's content remain with their owners. Lender names, logos and materials shown on the website do not by themselves mean that a lender endorses EzBroker.

The website links to services run by others, including Calendly for bookings and Google Maps for our office location. Their own terms and privacy information apply to those services. Our Privacy policy and Cookies and third parties page explain how information moves when you use them.

Information on the website, and the website's availability, may change. Contact us if you find an error or need to confirm what the software currently does.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Changes to a separate software agreement are governed by that agreement.
