Booking opens on Calendly, a US-based scheduling provider that sets its own cookies there. We use your contact details and booking notes to arrange and follow up on your enquiry; appointment details also go to our Google Calendar. Before the call
What we need to know.
Six things about your brokerage. Have them to hand for the call, and put whatever you can in the booking notes so none of the 30 minutes goes on basics.
- Your brokerage
- The trading name and ABN, so we come to the call knowing who you are.
- How many brokers
- How many people would use Ezi, and whether that includes support staff.
- Your aggregator
- Who you write through today, and whether that is changing.
- The lenders that matter most
- The ones you write the bulk of your business with, so we can talk about your own panel.
- How you quote today
- Spreadsheet, calculator, lender portals, or a mix of all three.
- What you want to fix first
- The part of the deal that costs your team the most time right now.
